Two individuals have been arrested for allegedly raping a seven-year-old woman in a village beneath the Budhana police circle. The minor had gone lacking for some hours, after which her household began looking for her.
She was discovered unconscious and bleeding on the roof of a close-by home, late on Friday night time.
Circle officer (CO) Girija Shanker Tripathi mentioned, “A case has been registered towards the 2 accused beneath the Indian Penal Code Part 376D (gang rape) and the provisions of the Safety of Youngsters from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.”
In his grievance, the minor’s father alleged that the accused took her to a close-by home and raped her.
He mentioned they left her on the roof of the home in an unconscious state.
