Two JeM associates held in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama

Two militant associates of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) outfit have been arrested in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, police stated on Saturday.

They’ve been recognized as Bilal Ahmad Chopan, a resident of Wagad Tral, and Mursaleen Bashir Sheikh from Chatlam Pampore, a police official stated.

The duo was nabbed from the Awantipora space of the south Kashmir district, he stated.

The official stated as per investigation, they have been offering logistic help and shelter apart from transporting arms and ammunition of the militants in Pampore and Tral areas of the district.

Police have registered instances and additional investigations are in progress, he added.
