Maharashtra Governor B S Koshyari and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is not going to accompany Prime Minister Narendra Modi throughout his go to to the Pune-based Serum Institute of India (SII) on Saturday. The Chief Minister’s Workplace (CMO) stated this in a press release.

“The chief minister and the governor is not going to be in Pune because the Prime Minister’s Workplace (PMO) has knowledgeable that their presence was not required because the prime Minister can be there for a quick go to,” the assertion stated.

Modi started his three-city go to on Saturday to evaluate coronavirus vaccine improvement work by going to pharma main Zydus Cadila’s manufacturing facility close to Ahmedabad within the morning.

After Ahmedabad, the PM is scheduled to go to vaccine maker Bharat Biotech’s facility in Hyderabad, after which he’ll proceed to Pune, the place he’ll go to the SII, which has partnered with international pharma big AstraZeneca and the Oxford College for the vaccine.

The prime minister is scheduled to succeed in the Serum Institute campus round 4.30 pm.
